工作菜单是Word中很少有人知道的一个重要特征。你可以使用工作菜单对你常用的Word文档的列表保持轻松访问。往菜单栏或工具栏上添加工作菜单的方法如下:单击“工具”菜单中的“自定义”菜单项,然后单击“命令”选项卡。在“类别”框中单击“内置”菜单;在“命令”框中单击“工作”,并把它拖到菜单栏或已显示的工具栏上。使用工作菜单,你可以把任何打开的Word文档添加到你的列表中。要想把当前文档添加到工作菜单中,点击工作菜单上的添加到工作菜单。要想打开工作菜单上的文档,在工作菜单上点击你想要打开的文档即可。
The work menu is an important feature that few people know in Word. You can use the work menu to keep easy access to your list of frequently used Word documents. The way to add a work menu to the menu bar or toolbar is as follows: Click the Customize menu item in the Tools menu, and then click the Commands tab. In the Category box, click the Built-in menu; in the Commands box, click Work, and drag it to the menu bar or the displayed toolbar. Using the work menu, you can add any open Word document to your list. To add the current document to the work menu, click Add to Work Menu on the Work menu. To open a document on the work menu, click on the document you want to open on the work menu.
