党组织要在非公有制企业中发挥引导监督、团结凝聚、组织协调、维护权益等作用,就必须建立健全党组织与企业管理层沟通协调机制。本文以松江区各级党组织在非公企业中探索建立双向沟通协调机制的实践出发,分析在双向沟通协调中遇到的瓶颈问题,提出要在制度框架、实现路径、方法技巧和外部保障等四个方面进一步探索完善。
