目的——探讨高职护生坚韧人格和护士职业态度的现状。方法——在我市高职院校内选择即将毕业的护理专业学生,共计330名,分别采用坚韧人格量表测量当前状态下护生的人格情况;采用护理职业态度量表测量护生对护理职业的认知和态度。结果——参与研究的高职护生坚韧人格评分为(71.82±9.61)分,职业态度评分为(5.51±0.83)分,对比同一护生两份量表得分情况可知,二者之间存在正相关。结论——在高职护生教育中应同时推进坚韧人格和职业态度的培养,使其未来能够更好地在岗位上发挥作用。
Aims - To investigate the status quo of tenacity and professional attitude of nursing students in higher vocational schools. Methods - A total of 330 nursing students who graduated from vocational colleges in our city were selected, and the personality status of nursing students under current conditions was measured by using the tough personality scale. The nursing professional attitude scale was used to measure the nursing students’ Occupational awareness and attitude. Results - The scores of tough personality in high vocational nursing students participating in the study were (71.82 ± 9.61) points and the attitude of occupational attitude was (5.51 ± 0.83) points. There was a positive correlation between the scores of two scales in the same nursing student . Conclusion - Nursing students in vocational education should also promote the development of tough personality and professional attitude so that they can better play a role in the future.
