目的:建立骨骼风痛颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TLC对鸡血藤、干姜、穿山龙进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC对穿山龙中薯蓣皂苷元进行含量测定。结果:薄层鉴别特征明显,专属性强。HPLC法测定薯蓣皂苷元的线性范围是0.25~5.02μg(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率99.35%,RSD=1.65%(n=9)。结论:该方法可以有效地控制骨骼风痛颗粒的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Skeletal Fengtong Granules. Methods: TLC identification of Caulis Spatholobi, Ginger and Chuan Shanlong were carried out. The content of diosgenin in Chuan Shanlong was determined by HPLC. Results: Thin layer identification features obvious, specific and strong. The linear range of diosgenin was 0.25 ~ 5.02μg (r = 0.999 5). The average recovery was 99.35% with RSD = 1.65% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method can effectively control the quality of bone Fengtong granules.
