BC系列齿轮油泵是由一对相互啮合的齿轮,通过油泵心轴传递,将电动机所输出的机械能转换为液压能的装置,是液压系统中一个主要组成部分。BC型齿轮泵适用于低压液压传动,用以输送粘度为1～8°E的矿物油,适合于油温10～50℃的油液中工作,转速为1450转/分,由于它结构简单,工作可靠,维护方便,所以在低压系统中被广泛采用。油泵心轴是齿轮油泵的转动轴,是油泵体系中的关键零件,油泵心轴的好坏直接影响油泵的使用寿命和使用性能。本厂大批量生产BC型齿轮泵,在长期的生产实践中,已积累了比较丰富的生产经验,但在油泵心轴的选材方面,从40Cr改为GCr15,虽进行了一些改进,但由于缺乏系统性的试验研究工作,尚存在表面耐磨性差或键槽口剥落和断轴等现象,为此,进行BC齿轮泵心轴的选材及其工艺性能试验。
