建立了水产品中氯丙嗪、乙酰丙嗪、丙酰丙嗪、异丙嗪、甲苯噻嗪等5种吩噻嗪类药物多残留的液质联用确证方法。用碱性乙睛萃取样品中的5种吩噻嗪类药物,然后用HLB固相萃取柱净化,以YMC-PackProC18色谱柱为分离柱,在正离子模式下以电喷雾电离串联质谱仪进行测定。在1.0、2.0、4.0ng/g3个质量浓度水平进行验证试验,方法的线性范围为0.5~5.0ng/g,总体平均回收率为75.7%~87.7%,相对标准偏差为9.0%~15.2%。该方法简便、快速、准确,各项技术指标满足国内外法规的要求,可用于水产品中吩噻嗪类药物残留的确证检测。
The establishment of aquatic products in chlorpromazine, acepromazine, propoxuridine, promethazine, xylazine and other five kinds of phenothiazines multi-residue LC / MS confirmation method.
