针对板坯连铸机振动导向弹簧板在浇铸生产过程中频繁发生断裂的现象,以有限元数值仿真技术为手段,通过仿真结果的分析对比发现导向弹簧板的整体受力异常,且这种载荷异常与弹簧板的本体结构、安装布置形式以及工作环境影响均存在直接关联。针对于此,提出一种缓解弹簧板频繁断裂的具体措施以降低弹簧板的异常断裂概率。该改进措施通过现场实施发现能有效遏制了弹簧板的断裂事故发生概率,在生产现场获得了良好的使用效果,这为同类导向弹簧板的使用安全稳定性提供了良好的技术参考。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the vibration-oriented spring plate of slab continuous caster frequently breaks during the casting process, the finite element numerical simulation technique is taken as a measure to find out the overall stress anomaly of the guide spring plate through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results. Abnormal and spring plate body structure, installation layout and the impact of the work environment are directly related. In view of this, a specific measure to relieve the frequent breaking of the spring plate is proposed to reduce the probability of abnormal breaking of the spring plate. The improvement measure can effectively restrain the occurrence probability of the spring plate fracture accident through the field implementation and obtain the good use effect in the production site, which provides a good technical reference for the safety and stability of the use of the similar guide spring plate.
