目的观察六神丸联合伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移癌疼痛的疗效。方法60例骨转移癌患者,随机分为2组:治疗组30例,采用六神丸每次10丸每日3次口服,21d为1个周期;同时伊班膦酸钠4mg溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml,静脉滴注4h以上,每4周1次,2个周期后评价。对照组30例,采用伊班膦酸钠静脉滴注,具体用法同治疗组。结果治疗组与对照组治疗有效率分别为83.3%和60.0%,生存质量改善率分别为73.3%、56.7%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论六神丸联合伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移癌疼痛可以提高疗效和生活质量。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Liushen Wan combined with ibandronate on pain of bone metastatic carcinoma. Methods Sixty patients with metastatic bone cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (30 cases) and the liuchuan pills (10 pills) were orally administered orally three times per day for 21 days, while 4 mg of ibandronate was dissolved in 0.9% chlorinated Sodium 500ml injection, intravenous infusion 4h above, once every 4 weeks, 2 cycles after the evaluation. Control group, 30 cases, using ibandronate sodium intravenous drip, the specific use of the same treatment group. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.3% and 60.0%, and the quality of life improvement rates were 73.3% and 56.7% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). Conclusion Liushen Wan combined with ibandronate in the treatment of bone metastases pain can improve the efficacy and quality of life.
