1 50kg/m钢轨6号混凝土道岔技术标准(SC384) 1.1主要结构及技术参数道岔全部采取混凝土制岔枕,扣件采用预埋螺纹道钉及Ⅱ型弹条分开式扣件,钢轨与混凝土岔枕之间加垫橡胶垫板,起传递缓冲轮载作用力,整个道岔的框加强刚度和轨件强度相比于以前的木岔枕道岔有很大的提高。道岔前端接头设导向护轨1根,降低了车轮对尖轨的冲击作用。道岔全长17.457m,尖轨为AT型钢轨制做,长4.630m,辙叉采用高锰钢整铸式,长2.541m。
