本文选用蛋黄卵磷脂作为模型体系,在有氧及-130℃的条件下以紫外辐照产生脂质过氧自由基;运用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术直接观察了两种硒的化合物对过氧自由基的清除作用.实验结果表明,有机硒化合物(Se(CH_2COOH)_2)的清除效果大于无机硒化合物(SeO_2).
In this paper, egg yolk lecithin was selected as a model system to produce lipid peroxyl radicals by ultraviolet irradiation under aerobic and -130 ℃ conditions.
