目的 :对SARS患者标本中分离的 4株呼肠病毒进行分纯和鉴定。方法 :根据呼肠病毒与有膜的冠状病毒对乙醚敏感性的不同对呼肠病毒进行分纯 ;对分纯后的呼肠病毒进行理化性质鉴定和血凝试验 ;用抗呼肠病毒猴血清对 4株呼肠病毒进行抗原性分析。结果与结论 :4株新分离呼肠病毒的理化性质符合呼肠病毒科呼肠病毒属的特性 ;4株呼肠病毒的抗原性相同 ;该病毒与人“O”型红细胞未见有血凝 ,与已报道的呼肠病毒有所不同。
Objective: To isolate and identify four strains of reovirus isolated from SARS patients. Methods: According to the sensitivity of reovirus and membrane-bound coronavirus to reoxygenase, reovirus was divided into two groups. The purified reovirus was identified by physicochemical properties and hemagglutination test. Four reovirus antigens were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The physical and chemical properties of the four newly isolated reovirus were in line with the characteristics of the reovirus of the reovirus family. The reovirus strains of the four strains of reovirus had the same antigenicity. No hemagglutination was observed in the virus and human “O” type erythrocytes , Which is different from the reported reovirus.
