‘中西亚经济走廊能源储备丰富,但经济基础较为薄弱,目前其汽车消费水平处于初级阶段,对于我国汽车出口企业而言可谓机遇与风险并存。’实际案例2014年末,我国某出口企业A与哈萨克斯坦买方B签订卡车出口贸易合同,合同约定支付方式为赊销。此后,企业A根据合同规定出运了全部货物。但是,货款到期日正处于哈萨克斯坦货币坚戈大幅贬值时期,买方B以汇率下跌导致付款能力下降为由拖欠出口企业A货款,出口企业A迫于无奈向人保财险通报该案件。

At present, its car consumption level is at an early stage, and both opportunities and risks coexist for China’s automobile exporters. ’Actual case In late 2014, a exporter of our country A signed a truck export trade contract with a buyer of Kazakhstan B, and the contract stipulated the payment method as credit. Thereafter, Company A shipped all the goods according to the contract. However, the due date of the payment is in the period of sharp devaluation of the Kazakh currency Tenge, and the buyer B’s decline in the exchange rate led to a decrease in the ability to pay due to the arrears of the exporter A’s payment. The exporting enterprise A was forced to notify PICC of the case.
