本文对55SiMnVB 钢高温形变热处理试样的疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值、裂纹扩展速率和断裂韧性测试及结果作了较系统的报道,并与常规热处理的试样作了对比分析,在此基础上对形变热处理工艺提高钢的疲劳寿命的作用机理进行了阐述。
In this paper, the fatigue crack growth thresholds, crack growth rate and fracture toughness of 55SiMnVB steel specimens were reported systematically and compared with the conventional heat-treated specimens. On the basis of this, The mechanism of heat treatment to improve the fatigue life of steel is described.
