我厂依靠自己的力量,将原设计133m~3砖质干燥炉修改设计成182m~3全纤维干燥炉,并顺利投产。实践表明,该炉结构合理具有升温快、炉温均匀、温差小等特点。由于该炉采用了全纤维结构,在原有的础基上,扩大了容积,提高了砂型产量,大大减少了炉子蓄热损失。因而大幅度的提高了炉子热效率。据初步热工测试(燃煤气)热效率达45.5%。但该炉还存在一些问题:如燃烧装置等,有待今后解决。
I rely on our own plant, the original design 133m ~ 3 brick drying furnace modified into a 182m ~ 3 fiber drying furnace, and the smooth operation. Practice shows that the furnace structure with reasonable temperature fast, uniform temperature, temperature and other characteristics.
