近年来,铁路及其他部门使用的柴油机,在轮廓尺寸没有明显增加的情况下,单机功率有了极大的提高。石油工业为了适当改善曲轴箱润滑油(机油)正在进行探索。因此,向柴油机操作人员提出了评定新机油和新柴油机性能的迫切要求。由于原子吸收光谱分析设备的新近发展,可以利用这项新技术作机油的日常分析。曾将现场采用原子吸收光谱法的分析结果与中心试验室采用发射光谱法的分析结果作了比较。这种比较表明,利用原子吸收光谱法有可能监视在正常运行的柴油机机油中的微量磨耗金属,并证实将分析记录用计算机进行处理,对揭示机车安全运行趋向有足夠的精度。
In recent years, the diesel engine used by railway and other departments has greatly improved the stand-alone power without any significant increase in the outline size. The oil industry is exploring ways to properly improve crankcase lubricants (engine oils). As a result, diesel engine operators were challenged to assess the performance of new and new diesel engines. Due to the recent development of atomic absorption spectrometry equipment, this new technology can be used as a routine analysis of oil. The field analysis results of atomic absorption spectrometry were compared with those of the central laboratory using emission spectrometry. This comparison shows that using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy it is possible to monitor the trace amounts of wear metal in normal running diesel engine oil and to verify that the analysis records are processed by a computer with sufficient accuracy to reveal the safe operation of the locomotive.
