在增产节约运动中各单位已逐步将插入式电极浴炉改造为埋入式电极浴炉。我厂热处理车间原来采用的是单相和三相的插入式浴炉。在厂和车间领导的大力支持下,我们组成了工人、干部、技术人员三结合改炉小组,只用了较短的时间已将单相插入式浴炉改造完毕,现正在对三相插入式浴炉进行改造。在改炉过程中,我们学习了兄弟单位的经验,并结合我厂具体条件,在确定电极尺寸时采用了盐水模拟试验。经与浴炉实测数据比较,验证了盐水模拟试验的可靠性,对改造插入式电极浴炉有一定的实用价值。
