层流带(水幕)式冷却装置,是一种新型的钢板轧后冷却器。它与其他冷却装置相比,具有冷却均匀,冷却效果好,适应性强,便于自动控制等特点。因此,在国外已大量采用,并列为专利。目前,国内尚未使用这种冷却装置,其主要原因是对这种冷却装置的结构特点、性能及有关设计参数还研究得很少。 本文阐述用水力学的方法,摸索出层流带冷却装置的结构形式、工艺参数及有关影响因素,为设计这种新型的冷却装置提供依据。
Laminar flow (water curtain) type cooling device, is a new type of steel plate after the cooler. Compared with other cooling devices, it has the characteristics of uniform cooling, good cooling effect, strong adaptability and easy automatic control. Therefore, a large number of foreign countries have been adopted, tied for the patent. At present, the cooling device has not been used in China. The main reason is that the structural characteristics, performance and related design parameters of the cooling device have not been studied very much. This paper describes the method of using hydraulics to explore the structure of the laminar flow cooling device structure, process parameters and related factors, to provide a basis for the design of this new type of cooling device.
