目的:通过对高职院校护理专业急救护理项目化教学改革问题进行研究和论述,以提高高职院校护生的急救能力和应变能力等。方法:从我院护理系2012级三年制大专护理班随机挑选两个班作为研究对象,一个班作为研究组,其急救护理课程采用项目化教学,另一个班作为对照组,采用传统教学方法。对比研究组和对照组中成员的理论考核和实践技能考核成绩,分析两组学生基础知识、病情分析观察能力、急救操作能力和急危重处理能力等综合素质。结果:研究组的学习考核成绩高于对照组,急救护理综合能力及素质优于对照组。结论:通过对高职院校护理专业急救护理实施以能力为本位的项目化教学改革有助于提高护生的急救护理能力及综合职业能力,在护理专业教学中值得探讨。
OBJECTIVE: To study and discuss the teaching reform of the emergency nursing program in the nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges so as to improve the first aid and emergency response ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods: Two classes were selected at random from three-year college nursing class of 2012 level in our college. One class served as the research group. The first-aid nursing course adopted the project-based teaching and the other class served as the control group. The traditional teaching methods . Comparing the theoretical and practical skills of the members in the study group and the control group, we analyzed the students’ comprehensive knowledge of basic knowledge, condition analysis and observation ability, emergency operation ability and acute critical care ability. Results: The results of study and examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the comprehensive ability and quality of emergency nursing were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: Through the implementation of competency-based project-based pedagogical reform of nursing emergency nursing in higher vocational colleges, it is helpful to improve nursing care ability and comprehensive occupational ability of nursing students. It is worth discussing in nursing specialty teaching.
