为有效保证采煤工作面的生产作业安全,提出一种瓦斯浓度检测装置的设计:在采煤机“主停闭锁”按键解锁时,通过本安电池模块给瓦斯检测模块供电,瓦斯检测模块开始检测工作面的瓦斯浓度,当瓦斯浓度在安全范围内时,瓦斯闭锁触点闭合,采煤机可正常上电。工业性试验结果表明:该装置在采煤机上电前可靠地检测了工作面的瓦斯浓度,且在检测完成后采煤机可以正常启动上电,有效提高了采煤工作面的生产作业安全。
In order to effectively ensure the safety of production work in coal mining face, a gas concentration detection device is proposed. The gas detection module is powered by the intrinsically safe battery module when the key shearer “main stop lock ” is unlocked. The module begins to detect the gas concentration of the working face. When the gas concentration is within the safe range, the gas lock contact is closed and the coal shearer can be powered on normally. The results of industrial tests show that the device can reliably detect the gas concentration of the working face before the power-up of the shearer and that the shearer can be powered on normally after the inspection is completed, thus effectively improving the safety of production work on the coal mining face.
