衡阳市城建档案馆为市人民政府所属的科学技术事业单位。成立于1982年4月,同年6月开馆,1985年元月搬入新馆办公。体制上隶属市建委领导,对外称馆,对内称科,实行一套人马、两块牌子,馆科合一。现有工作人员12名。文化结构:大专2人,中专7人,高中2人,初中1人;有专业技术职务的计8名,其中副研究馆员一名,工程师、馆员5名,初级职务2名。
Hengyang City Urban Construction Archives City People’s Government belongs to the science and technology institutions.
