我院自84年4月开始.应用射频温控热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛200例,都取得了较好的疗效,现将资料完整的150例总结如下. 一、临床资料 150例患者中,男性占74例,女性占78例,男略少于女.发病年龄,最大者79岁,最小者24岁,40岁以上者占92％.病程最长者20年。最短者2个月。平均为5年零3个月。发病部位,右侧94例,占62.6％,左侧56例,占37.3％.各支发病情况,本组Ⅱ支痛64例,占42.6％;Ⅲ支痛39例.占26％;Ⅰ、Ⅱ支痛7例,占4.6％;Ⅱ、Ⅲ支痛38例,占
