变电站实施无人值班已在全国范围内推广应用,将常规变电站改造为综合自动化变电站,需要将二次设备甚至一次设备全部更新,造价高,投入产出低。在仅仅采用远动自动化技术,对常规变电站实施无人值班改造,不对二次设备进行较大改动和保持原有变电站基本功能的前提下,实现“四遥”功能,不失为一条成功的经验。提出了对常规变电站进行无人值班改造的基本原则和技术要求,介绍了无人值班改造的工程内容和基本方法,并总结了现场施工中的一些有益的经验。
