近5年,职工工资每年增幅10%以上,职工流失率由18%降至5%浙江省湖州市总工会周建巨报道浙江省安吉县总工会积极培育行业典型,突出个性化集体协商原则,推进行业和企业工资集体协商工作,走出了一条劳资协商的共赢之路。截至目前,全县576家企业主代表和157家区域或行业性主管代表与职工代表签订了工资集体协商协议。
In the recent 5 years, the wage of staff and workers has been increased by more than 10% every year, and the loss rate of employees has been reduced from 18% to 5%. Zhejiang Province Huzhou Federation of Trade Unions Zhoujiantao Report Anji County General Union of Zhejiang Province actively cultivates the typical industries and highlights the principle of individualized collective bargaining. We will push forward the collective bargaining of wages among industries and enterprises and have come out of a win-win path of collective bargaining. Up to now, the county 576 representatives of business owners and representatives of 157 regional or industry executives and staff representatives signed a collective bargaining agreement.
