高职院校辅导员是高职生思想政治教育的骨干力量,加强辅导员队伍建设是高职院校规模化发展的必然要求。目前高职院校辅导员队伍建设存在的问题主要有辅导员角色定位不准;数量不足,性别、年龄、专业结构不合理;队伍流动性大,稳定性不强;学历层次、理论素养不足;队伍培养培训工作薄弱;管理机制不够完善,考核体系不健全。加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设,对其存在的问题进行分析,探索并找出针对性的策略十分重要。 Counselors in higher vocational colleges are the backbone of ideological and political education for higher vocational students. Strengthening the construction of counselors is an inevitable requirement of large-scale development of higher vocational colleges. At present, the problems in the construction of counselors team in higher vocational colleges mainly include the improper orientation of counselors’ roles; the lack of numbers, sex, age and irrational professional structure; the large mobility and weak stability of the team; Team training training is weak; management mechanism is not perfect, assessment system is not perfect.
