上市公司组成了资本市场,资本市场与上市公司的发展紧密相关,而公司治理则决定了上市公司的发展,如何治理好公司对发展资本市场至关重要。民营上市公司是市场经济发展的生力军,是国民经济的重要组成部分。“十二五”期间,安徽省民营经济增速大大高于同期GDP的增速。即使有金融危机的影响,非公经济仍继续保持快速增长的发展态势。本文针对安徽省民营上市公司治理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。 Listed companies form the capital market, the capital market is closely related to the development of listed companies, and corporate governance determines the development of listed companies. How to manage the company is very important for the development of capital markets. Private listed companies are the new force in the development of market economy and an important part of the national economy. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the growth of private economy in Anhui Province was much higher than that of GDP in the same period. Even with the financial crisis, the non-public economy continued its rapid growth. This article analyzes the problems existing in the governance of private listed companies in Anhui Province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
