近年来从事蘑菇栽培的专业人员明显增加。蘑菇成熟后弹射大量孢子,吸入后可引起一系列临床症状。现将我们诊治的1例报告如下。吕××,男,36岁。某食用菌研究所技工,从事蘑菇栽培工作7年。因咳嗽、憋喘、咯黄色粘稠痰1月就诊。患者于1月前出现胸部不适,继之憋喘、咳嗽、咯黄色粘稠痰,偶带少量血丝,伴阵发性心慌,按一般感冒治疗,休息2—3天后症状消失,但此后每进入蘑菇栽培室工作,即出现上述症状,休息1～2天后,症状即自动缓解。
