本文用ELISA间接法检测了一种恶性疟原虫保护性抗原重组复合基因表达产物诱导小鼠体液免疫的反应。该复合基因包含了编码MSA1、MSA2和RESA上的T和/或B细胞刺激位点的基因片段,同时加有IL-1和TT上的广谱T细胞刺激位点的基因片段。该复合基因在E.coli中的表达产物(简称复合抗原)在有和无佐剂的条件下免疫BALB/c小鼠后,均产生了明显的抗复合抗原的抗体,同时也产生了明显的抗可溶性裂殖子抗原的抗体。相反,用可溶性裂殖子抗原免疫的BALB/c小鼠则不能产生明显的抗复合抗原的抗体。另外,经复合抗原免疫的C57BL/6小鼠也能产生明显的抗复合抗原的抗体
