本文以大黄为研究对象,对比几种不同提取工艺,把大黄总蒽醌得率作为检测指标。结果证明,以45%乙醇浸泡一液的方法较为经济、合理。
This article takes Rhubarb as the research object, compares several different extraction processes, and uses the total yield of rhubarb as the detection index. The results prove that the method of immersing one liquid with 45% ethanol is more economical and reasonable.
