近几年,依照我国中央的要求,各事业单位的分类改革也不断加快,事业单位体制改革按照三大体系的分类分别进行。就主要从事公路建设与服务的公路单位而言,则需要依照改革的需求,逐步转变成为企业,改制成为企业,撤销其原有的事业单位的编制。而一体制的改革使得单位内部职工在思想意识、心理状态以及行为模式等方面都收到一定的影响与冲击。在这一改革的过程中,抓好职工思想政治工作的重点,有针对性地推动单位内部职工思想工作的开展成为公路体制改革过程中的重点工作。因而,本文主要围绕公路体制改革过程中职工思想政治工作的重点及思路进行简单的探讨。
