目的探讨大学生村官自我效能感、工作动机与工作倦怠的相互关系。方法对560名大学生村官进行一般自我效能感量表、工作动机量表、工作倦怠量表的测试。结果自我效能感与工作动机呈显著的正相关,与工作倦怠呈显著的负相关,工作动机与工作倦怠也呈显著的负相关,其中外部动机仅与降低的职业效能呈现显著的负相关;自我效能感和内部动机是工作倦怠的有效预测因子。结论大学生村官自我效能感与工作动机及工作倦怠有较密切的相关。自我效能感强、工作动机高的大学生村官有较低工作倦怠。
Objective To explore the relationship between self-efficacy, job motivation and job burnout among college students village officials. Methods A total of 560 college students village official self-efficacy scale, motivation scale, job burnout scale test. Results There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and job motivation, negatively related to job burnout, negative correlation between job motivation and job burnout, and external motivation showed only a significant negative correlation with reduced occupational efficacy. Self Efficacy and internal motivation are effective predictors of job burnout. Conclusions The self-efficacy of college graduates is more closely related to job motivation and job burnout. Self-efficacy is strong, motivated college student village officials have lower job burnout.
