本文在一个经实验验证的简化数学模型的基础上,提出了借助于一台微型计算机实现电涡流传感器最优化设计的具体方法。讨论了目标函数的建立、结构参数的选择、约束条件的简化及其计算方法。并给出了利用本文提出的方法,提高产品技术指标和根据用户特殊要求设计产品的应用实例。实践表明本文的方法具有经济简便、合理正确的特点,能满足工程设计上的实际需要。
Based on an experimentally simplified mathematical model, this paper presents a method to realize the optimal design of eddy current sensor with a microcomputer. The establishment of objective function, the selection of structural parameters, the simplification of constraints and their calculation methods are discussed. The application example of using the method proposed in this paper to improve the technical index of the product and designing the product according to the special requirements of the user is given. Practice shows that the method in this paper has the characteristics of economy and convenience, reasonable and correct, which can meet the actual needs of engineering design.
