目的了解天津市生产企业生产用水水质卫生状况,防止生产用水对产品的污染,为卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法随机抽取天津市生产企业生产用水共236份,进行水质检测。结果 2013年-2014年共采集生产用水236份,合格168份,总合格率为71.2%,其中管网水的合格率最高(82.5%),地下水的合格率最低(10.0%),不同类型水样合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2值为48.23,P<0.01)。不同年度、不同季节生产用水的合格率差异无统计学意义(χ~2值分别为0.168、3.1,P>0.05)。不同类型生产企业的生产用水水质合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2值为20.9,P<0.01)。不合格样品主要分布在其他类企业,其次是食品药品制造类、住宿餐饮类。结论天津市部分生产企业生产用水受到不同程度污染,存在健康安全隐患,企业应加强自身管理,严防生产用水对产品质量的影响。
Objective To understand the hygienic conditions of production water quality of production enterprises in Tianjin, to prevent the production water from polluting the products and to provide a scientific basis for health supervision and management. Methods A total of 236 water samples were collected from Tianjin manufacturing enterprises for water quality testing. Results A total of 236 water samples were collected during the period from 2014 to 2014, with a total passing rate of 71.2%. The passing rate of pipe network water was the highest (82.5%) and that of groundwater was the lowest (10.0%). Different types of water The difference of pass rate was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 value was 48.23, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the passing rate of production water in different years and different seasons (χ ~ 2 values were 0.168, 3.1, P> 0.05). There were significant differences in the passing rate of production water quality between different types of manufacturing enterprises (χ ~ 2 = 20.9, P <0.01). Unqualified samples are mainly distributed in other types of enterprises, followed by food and drug manufacturing class, accommodation and catering class. Conclusion Some production enterprises in Tianjin are polluted with water for production to some extent, posing potential health and safety risks. Enterprises should strengthen their own management and prevent production water from affecting product quality.
