对于同一份统计资料,有时可从不同的角度,用不同的处理方法,通过多种途径进行分析,姑称之谓“综合分析”。综合分析能够开阔分析的思路,从几个方面提炼蕴藏于原始数据中的信息,对资料的利用比较充分,使结论的内容更加具体、丰富。用两个实例进行讨论。例1 为研究酵解作用对血糖浓度的影响,取八名健康人的血液制备成血滤液。每一受试者的血滤液又分成四份,并随机地分别放置045、90和135分钟,然后测定其血糖浓度(见表1),试比较放置不同时间的血糖浓度有无变
For the same statistical data, sometimes from different perspectives, using different methods of processing, through a variety of ways to analyze, dubbed the term “comprehensive analysis.” Comprehensive analysis can broaden the analytical thinking, extract the information contained in the original data from several aspects, make full use of the data, and make the content of the conclusion more specific and abundant. Discuss with two examples. Example 1 To study the effect of glycolysis on blood glucose concentration, the blood of eight healthy people was taken to prepare blood filtrate. The blood filtrate of each subject was divided into four and randomly placed at 045, 90 and 135 minutes respectively, and then the blood glucose concentration was determined (see Table 1), and the blood glucose concentration at different times was compared and compared.
