建立了同时测定人血浆中的异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱 Lichrospher 100 RP-C8(5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)∶0.05M 磷酸二氢钾(B)(加入三乙胺200μm调 pH5.6),检测波长270nm。线性范围分别为0.1～10和1-40μg/mI,方法回收率分别为大于90%和82%,日内、日间差分别小于9.9和5.1%。
An RP-HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of isoniazid and pyrazinamide in human plasma. Column Lichrospher 100 RP-C8 (5μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile (A): 0.05M potassium dihydrogen phosphate (B) (added triethylamine 200μm pH5.6), detection wavelength of 270nm. The linear range was 0.1-10 and 1-40 μg / ml respectively. The recoveries of the method were more than 90% and 82%, respectively. The intra-day and inter-day differences were less than 9.9% and 5.1% respectively.
