从文科数学教学透视差生转化途径

高中文科班数学差生普遍较多,数学教学也就成了大部分教师深感头痛之事。付出的精力远比理科多,但收效甚微。文科学生也因多次失败和挫折而产生消极情绪,考试中屡战屡败,高考后一片叹息。本文据笔者多年从事文科数学教学,谈点文科数学差生转化的一些途径。 一、建立良好的教师形象,增强对学生的吸引力 教师是差生的依赖,良好的教师形象可点燃学生希望之光。教师要关心帮助差生,不歧视他们,提高自身修养,建立良好的教师形象,用自己的学识、语言、气 High school mathematics math students are generally more poor, math teaching has become a major headache for most teachers.
