目的分析广东省2009—2014各地级市热释光个人剂量本底水平,探讨广东省个人剂量监测的本底参考值和本底扣除方法。方法收集广东省21个地级市放射工作场所和广东省职业病防治院放射卫生防护所个人剂量实验室(以下简称“本实验室”)2009—2014年4 497个跟随本底的热释光剂量计(TLD)的检测结果资料,采用正态分布法制定本底剂量参考值范围;结合TLD回收情况,确定本底剂量扣除方法及误差估算。结果广东省热释光个人剂量本底水平为(0.38±0.07)×10~(-2)mSv/d;其中,韶关市本底剂量最低[(0.32±0.07)×10~(-2)mSv/d],阳江市本底剂量最高[(0.51±0.08)×10~(-2)mSv/d]。与本实验室本底剂量比较,阳江市、潮州市、河源市和揭阳市的本底剂量均高于本实验室(P<0.01),佛山市、珠海市、肇庆市、中山市、江门市、梅州市、云浮市、湛江市和韶关市的本底剂量均低于本实验室(P<0.05)。根据统计结果、TLD回收情况和本底资料情况,制定了6种本底剂量扣除方法;6种不同的本底剂量扣除方法引入的误差不同,误差最大为177.78%。结论广东省放射性本底状况正常。各地级市放射卫生防护实验室应当制定当地的本底剂量参考值范围,根据实际情况制定误差最小的本底剂量扣除方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the background level of the personal dose of thermoluminescence in various prefecture-level cities of Guangdong Province from 2009 to 2014 and to explore the background reference value and background subtraction method of personal dose monitoring in Guangdong Province. Methods A total of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province were recruited for radiation exposure. The radiation dose was collected from the Radiation Protection Institute of Guangdong Provincial Occupational Disease Prevention Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “the laboratory”). Light dosimeter (TLD) test results data, the normal distribution method to formulate the background dose reference range; combined TLD recovery situation, to determine the background dose deduction methods and error estimates. Results The background level of personal light dose of TL was (0.38 ± 0.07) × 10 ~ (-2) mSv / d in Guangdong. Among them, the minimum background dose of Shaoguan was [(0.32 ± 0.07) × 10 ~ (-2) mSv / d], Yangjiang city at the end of the highest dose [(0.51 ± 0.08) × 10 ~ (-2) mSv / d]. The background dose of Yangjiang City, Chaozhou City, Heyuan City and Jieyang City was higher than that of our laboratory (P <0.01), compared with the background dose of our laboratory, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhaoqing, Zhongshan and Jiangmen The background doses of Meizhou, Yunfu, Zhanjiang and Shaoguan were all lower than those in our laboratory (P <0.05). Based on the statistical results, TLD recovery status and background data, six kinds of background dose subtraction methods were developed. Six different background dose deduction methods introduced different errors with the maximum error of 177.78%. Conclusion The radioactive background in Guangdong Province is normal. Radiation Health Protection Laboratories of all prefecture-level cities shall formulate a reference range of local background dose and formulate a method of subtracting the background dose with the smallest error according to the actual situation.
