本文对主要采自广西和云南的大量“山乌龟”原植物标本进行了研究,经鉴定共17种千金藤属植物。 还研究了16个种的块根的药材特征,涉及生物碱的薄层层析和药材粉末的显微观察。薄层层析结果表明它们在生物碱的组分上是有差异的。对药材粉末的主要显微特征——淀粉粒、石细胞和草酸钙结晶作了描述与附图。从而为鉴定药材提供了依据。
In this paper, a large number of specimens of the original “Mountain Tortoise” collected mainly from Guangxi and Yunnan were studied and a total of 17 species of Qiangenia were identified. The medicinal properties of 16 species of tubers were also studied, involving thin layer chromatography of alkaloids and microscopic observation of medicinal powders. TLC results show that they are different in the composition of alkaloids. The main microscopic characteristics of the medicinal powder, starch granules, stone cells and calcium oxalate crystals, are described and shown in the accompanying drawings. This provides a basis for the identification of medicinal herbs.
