旨在通过对热浸镀锌层进行合金化 ,以达到既能提高镀层的耐蚀性 ,又能降低镀层重量、减少锌耗、降低成本的目的。通过向锌液中加入适量的Al、Mg、RE、Ti和B等元素进行合金化处理 ,以对助镀剂的适应性及镀层表观状况、镀层附着性、镀层重量、镀层耐蚀性等为评价指标 ,研究了Zn Al RE、Zn Al Mg RE、Zn Al Ti B和Zn Al Mg RE Ti B系合金热镀技术条件及镀层钢丝的性能 ,优选出了一种低铝的Zn Al Mg RE合金镀层。工业试验结果表明 :与常规热浸镀锌层相比 ,该合金镀层的表面质量较好 ,镀层重量减少 10 %~ 2 0 % ,锌液表面锌灰的生成量减少。而电化学测试、醋酸盐雾腐蚀测试和中性盐雾腐蚀测试结果表明合金镀层比普通热浸镀锌层耐蚀。
The aim is to alloying the hot-dip galvanized coating so as to achieve the purpose of improving the corrosion resistance of the coating, reducing the weight of the coating, reducing the zinc consumption and reducing the cost. Industrial test results show that: Compared with conventional hot-dip galvanized layer, the surface quality of the alloy coating is good, the coating weight is reduced by 10% ~ 20%, and the generation of zinc dust on the zinc liquid surface is reduced. The electrochemical test, acetate spray corrosion test and neutral salt spray corrosion test results show that the alloy coating corrosion resistance than ordinary hot-dip galvanized coating.
