目的建立了辣椒制品中碱性橙2、碱性橙21、碱性橙22、酸性橙Ⅱ、碱性嫩黄、罗丹明B的高效液相色谱同时测定法。方法样品用50 mmol乙酸铵-甲醇(1∶1,V/V)超声提取,HLB柱净化,采用C18反相色谱柱分离,用甲醇和乙酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,DAD检测器和FLD检测器串联检测。结果上述6种染料在质量浓度0.00050 mg/L~5.0 mg/L时有良好的线性关系,相关系数>0.9998,方法的检出限为0.0002 mg/kg~0.01 mg/kg,回收率为87.2%~103%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~4.8%。结论此方法简单、快速、灵敏。适用于辣椒制品中碱性橙2、碱性橙21、碱性橙22、酸性橙Ⅱ、碱性嫩黄、罗丹明B同时测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish simultaneous determination of basic orange 2, basic orange 21, basic orange 22, acidic orange Ⅱ, basic yellow and rhodamine B in pepper products by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The sample was extracted with 50 mmol ammonium acetate-methanol (1: 1, V / V) ultrasonically and purified with HLB column. The residue was separated on a C18 reversed-phase column and eluted with methanol and ammonium acetate as mobile phase. Detects in series with FLD detector. Results The above six dyes had a good linear relationship with the concentration of 0.00050 mg / L ~ 5.0 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was> 0.9998, the detection limit was 0.0002 mg / kg ~ 0.01 mg / kg and the recovery was 87.2% ~ 103%, the relative standard deviation was 1.6% ~ 4.8%. Conclusion This method is simple, fast and sensitive. Suitable for peppers products in alkaline orange 2, alkaline orange 21, alkaline orange 22, acidic orange Ⅱ, alkaline yellow, rhodamine B simultaneous determination.
