铸铁在施焊时存在着接头处容易产生白口组织,使焊后难以切削加工和接头处容易产生裂缝这两个通病。为攻克这两个难题,常采用热焊法或用特制焊条冷焊铸铁件。但热焊法工作条件恶劣,劳动强度大,工艺复杂,效率低,成本高;用特制镍基铸铁焊条冷焊法,不仅焊条价贵,且难以买到。我们在毛主席的革命路线指引下,大胆革新技术,采用通用电焊设备,用结422低碳钢焊条(即普通低碳钢焊条),进行冷焊铸铁件。经过反复试验,终于闯过了施焊关,防止了裂纹的产生,并已在生产中
