城市地铁盾构隧道施工过程中,地表沉降及环境保护问题至关重要,而盾构施工参数与地表沉降有着密切的关系。较为全面的论述了盾构各施工参数理论取值依据,以广州地铁某下穿城市繁忙重要线路工程为实例,通过现场施工监控和信息化施工手段,得到了该段盾构施工的最优施工参数,并且研究提出了控制盾构掌子面、盾体通过和盾尾脱出时三个阶段地表沉降的可行技术工艺,最大程度的实现了地表沉降控制,保护了上覆线路的安全。
