怀远县委党校,是在县委领导下,按照社会主义现代化事业的要求培训干部的学校,是学习和研究马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论的重要阵地,是干部增强党性锻炼的熔炉。紧密结合改革开放和社会主义现代化建设实际,用邓小平理论武装领导干部,培养理论骨干,开展理论研究和宣传,是新形势下党校的根本任务,也是《条例》对我们的根本要求。基于这一指导思想,我们制订了《中共怀远县委党校“九五”发展规划》、《1995-2000年学历培训规划》、《中共怀远县委党校“九五”科研规划》。下面就教学管理和科研工作谈谈我校对“规划”的落实。
