目的: 观察 Norplant 致子宫不规则出血时内膜血管的变化, 探讨二者的关系。方法:用组织学和免疫组织化学方法对使用 Norplant 后 (05 、1 a 及> 2 a) 月经规律及有子宫不规则出血者的子宫内膜进行形态学、内膜血管内皮细胞 C D34 和基膜层粘连蛋白 ( L N) 观察。结果: Norplant 使用者子宫内膜均无典型的周期特点, 血管内皮变薄; 出血不规则的内膜血管基膜 L N 明显减少。结论: Norplant 使用者子宫出血不规则与内膜血管内皮变薄和基膜 L N减少有密切关系。
Objective: To observe the changes of endometrial vessels during Norplant-induced uterine irregular hemorrhage and to explore the relationship between the two. Methods: The histological and immunohistochemical methods were used to study the morphological and endometrial vascular endothelium C D34 in the endometrium of menopausal women with irregular menstruation and irregular uterine bleeding after Norplant (05, 1 a and> 2 a) And basal laminin (L N) observation. Results: The endometrium of Norplant users had no typical cycle characteristics and the endothelium became thinner. L N in the irregular basement membrane of hemorrhage was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Irregular uterine bleeding in Norplant users is closely related to the thinning of endothelium and the decrease of L N in basement membrane.
