本文报告8例结肠炎,其乙状结肠镜检和气钡双重对比灌肠均正常,在放射检查1个月内行结肠镜检而首次获得诊断,8例结肠炎均经活检组织学证实。研究组8例均有结肠病的症状,其中2例单纯性腹泻,3例血性腹泻,2例直肠出血伴体重下降,1例腹痛伴腹泻。乙状结肠镜检直肠所见均正常。实验室检查多有异常,血红蛋白8.5～15.4g/dl,红细胞沉降率2～40mm/h,白蛋白33～46g/L;大便培养和镜检结果排除感染性疾患。由3名有经验的观察者复查此8例的钡灌肠照 This article reports 8 cases of colitis, sigmoidoscopy and barium double contrast enema were normal, within 1 month of radiation examination colonoscopy was first diagnosed, 8 cases of colitis were confirmed by biopsy.
