针对河北某地低品位云母矿的矿石性质和以往试验工作,进行了系统的工艺研究。该矿经过综合利用可得到产率26.2%,品位99%以上的云母精矿;产率13.2%,品位99%以上的长石精矿;产率37.6%,品位99.98%的石英精矿;以及产率5.4%,品位57.9%的铁精矿。其综合利用率达到了82%以上,实现了资源的综合利用。其中长石和石英的分离浮选采用无氟有酸法,有效的避免了氟的污染和后续作业的处理。
Aiming at the ore properties of the low-grade mica mine in a certain place in Hebei Province and the previous experimental work, a systematic process study was carried out. After comprehensive utilization of the mine, mica concentrate with a yield of 26.2% and a grade of more than 99% can be obtained; feldspar concentrate with a yield of 13.2% and a grade of more than 99%; quartz concentrate with a yield of 37.6% and a grade of 99.98%; and Yield 5.4%, grade 57.9% iron concentrate. Its comprehensive utilization rate reached more than 82%, to achieve the comprehensive utilization of resources. Among them, the flotation of feldspar and quartz is based on the fluorine-free and acid-free method, which effectively avoids the pollution of fluorine and the subsequent operation.
