目的:分析西宁地区孕妇血清中微量元素的含量及临床意义。方法:采用北京博晖5100五通道原子吸收光谱仪,监测西宁地区妇女早孕106例、中孕112例、晚孕112例母体血清中的5种微量元素,并与120例正常未孕育龄妇女血清中微量元素含量做对照分析研究。结果:血清中Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca含量孕期各组均低于非孕组,而Cu含量孕期各组均高于未孕组,随孕周增加而逐渐升高。结论:西宁地区孕妇血清Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca微量元素含量偏低,主要原因是补充不足,所以孕妇孕期要根据地区环境及生活习惯合理摄取营养,科学补充微量元素。
Objective: To analyze the serum levels of trace elements in pregnant women in Xining area and its clinical significance. Methods: Beijing Bohui 5100 five-channel atomic absorption spectrometer was used to monitor 106 pregnant women in early pregnancy, 112 pregnant women in the second trimester and 112 pregnant women in the second trimester. Trace elements content of the control analysis. Results: The contents of Zn, Fe, Mg and Ca in serum in each group were lower than those in non-pregnant group during pregnancy, while the content of Cu in each group during pregnancy was higher than that in non-pregnant group, and gradually increased with the increase of gestational age. Conclusion: The content of trace elements Zn, Fe, Mg, Ca in pregnant women in Xining area is low mainly due to lack of replenishment. Therefore, pregnant women should rationally take nutrients according to the regional environment and living habits and supplement trace elements scientifically.
