本试验采用广义、狭义、方差分析、回归和相关5种方法估算的性状遗传力。其高低的位次趋势基本一致,即株高的遗传力最高,开花期、主穗长、二百粒重次之,结实小穗数、主穗重、每穗粒数再次之,单株粒重和单株穗数最低。在混合群体中,一般的性状直至 F_(4)遗传力仍然较低。系谱选择法至 F_4,一般性状系统间较高,群间次之,群内较低。遗传力的可靠程度,因估算方法而异,其中 F_2预测 F_3的进度以狭义法可靠性最高;F_3预测 F_4可靠性高的除了狭义法外,还有方差分析法;两个世代的预测都以广义法的可靠性最低;回归和相关法的可靠性介于广、狭义之间,多数情况下,相关法略逊于回归法。性状的选择结果表明,在一定的选择强度下,相对效率如何,不随遗传力高低而发生规律变化,却与遗传力和遗传变异系数的积成正比。
