案例对于教学校长来说,工作是繁杂的,方方面面都需要我们去关注:学校可持续发展教学方面的条件、新课标的学习与运用、教师专业技能的培养、师生的思想动态……在这诸多的工作中,需要我们不断调整工作方法与策略,既要做好领导者,又要做好服务者。在工作中,我注重有效激励机制的运用,使老师心情愉悦,从而积极工作。本学期,我区进行了语文、数学、英语三个学科的素养大赛,按要求我校将要参加数学、英语两个学科的比赛。我深知,对于我们这样一所大学校来说,是必须出成绩的。在数学团队与英语团队的筹备中发生了许多感人的花絮,我珍藏于心。
