教育改革,关乎民族未来。从教育史的发展来看,教育改革一词已经没有多少新意,中外各个国家在历史的不同阶段都在进行着不同目标和不同方式的教育改革,改革的依据大体上无非两个方面,即总结历史的经验和借鉴他国的经验。我国的教育改革,正是在不断探索与总结的过程中一步步走到今天的。然而,自从我国提倡实施素质教育以来,教育改革却一路坎坷,效果不尽如人意。是因为改革的决心不够?还是在改革的过程中没能做到有的放矢?原因不能一概而论。
Education reform is about the future of our nation. From the point of view of the development of education history, there is not much new idea in education reform. All the countries in China and abroad at different stages of history are carrying out educational reform with different goals and different ways. The basis for the reform is generally no more than two aspects, namely, summarizing Historical experience and learn from the experience of other countries. The educational reform in our country came step by step in the process of continuous exploration and conclusion. However, since our country advocated the implementation of quality education, education reform has been bumpy and the results are not satisfactory. Is it because of the lack of determination in reform or in the process of reform? The reason can not be generalized.
