钢管按照生产方式分为无缝钢管和焊接钢管两大类。而焊接钢管又有直缝和螺旋缝焊接钢管两种,焊接工艺主要有电阻焊和埋弧焊。目前,我国天然气输送管道用弯管大多采用无缝钢管和直缝钢管制成。螺旋焊缝钢管生产方式简单,产品规格多样,生产成本较无缝钢管低1500--2000元/吨。若螺旋焊缝热煨弯管能替代传统无缝钢管和直缝钢管制钢管大量使用,在节约成本的同时更能节省工期,加快工程进度,因此开展螺旋焊缝煨制弯管的试验研究很有必要。本文用Ф325mm×8mm X52的螺旋焊缝钢管热煨试制的3根弯管,并在弯管直管段、弯曲段分别进行取样开展了的6项试验研究。
